Short code and Dodge’s Loyalty: Our mobile messaging (SMS and MMS) program for Dodge’s Loyalty makes use of a D & H Company-provisioned shortcode and D & H Company services operate under the brand names Dodge’s, Dodge’s Southern Style, and Dodge’s Loyalty. For all questions about the services provided by this short code, you can send an email to support@dbims.com. As a loyalty member you will receive two promotional offer messages per week and receive messages whenever you earn a reward. For more details about message frequency and other messages you may receive, see our message frequency section below.
Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive a minimum of two messages per week that are promotional offers from us for being a loyalty member. One or more of the two promotional offer messages you receive from us may be an MMS message. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. When you text any keyword to us, you will receive a single message reply in return. When you earn a loyalty reward we when send you a message.
OPT-IN: Text Loyalty to ##### to sign up for our loyalty program and updates from Dodge’s. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP to ##### for help. Text STOP to ##### to cancel. For terms: https://dodgessouthernstyle.com/mtos/. For privacy policy: https://dodgessouthernstyle.com/privacy/. This is the only way to sign up for the loyalty program. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.
STOP: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to #####. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time (text Loyalty to #####) and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
HELP: If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to #####. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. SMS Coverage: SMS coverage for D & H Company is supplied by a constantly growing number of wireless carrier networks. Refer back to this page for up to date list of wireless carriers we support or contact D & H Company website (dodgessouthernstyle.com) via support@dbims.com to receive updated information. D & H Company currently supports coverage in the United States.

Normal business hours are defined as 8am to 5pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. D & H Company’s support staff will handle any calls made on holidays or outside normal business hours on the following business day.
